Galley Fare

Because we love to eat good food, we love to cook. On the BOB, we catch our fish, crab, and shrimp for the trip. You will find no better or tastier seafood in the world than Alaska’s wild salmon and halibut. Here’s a sample of a trip menu. Aboard the BOB, all meals and non-alcoholic drinks are provided. You are only responsible for your alcoholic beverages. Breads are homemade when we can, most food is from scratch.

We can accommodate restricted diets, and love challenging ourselves in the gallery. To help us, you’ll receive a detailed preferences form beforehand – to customize meals to suit your taste. We use organic ingredients wherever we can, and the freshest produce. Meals tend to be family-style and/or build-your-own affairs with lots of healthy choices. Snacks are always available.

We are often asked for our recipes (of course we love this) and below are a few of our time-tested dishes aboard the BOB.
