Galley Fare

Because we love to eat good food, we love to cook. On the BOB, we catch our fish, crab and shrimp for the trip. You will find no better or tastier seafood in the world than Alaska’s wild salmon and halibut. Here’s a sample of a trip menu. Aboard the BOB, all meals are provided. You are only responsible for your own alcoholic beverages. Breads are homemade when we can, most food is from scratch.

We can accommodate restricted diets, and love challenging ourselves in the gallery. We send a detailed preferences form to you beforehand to customize meals to suit your tastes. We use organic ingredients wherever we can, and the freshest produce.We are often asked for our recipes (of course we love this) and below are a few of our time-tested dishes aboard the BOB.
